The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill to amend several laws in connection with adoption of the Law “On State Service”

The bill (Reg. No. 10728) suggests that professional competence requirements determined by the Law “On State Service” should also apply to diplomatic, administrative and technical staff

The document includes suggestions regarding disciplinary responsibility of diplomatic service employees, as well as grounds for termination of such service.
